We review your requirements against comparable engagements we have delivered.
If we can price it accurately from your brief, you receive a written quote with scope, assumptions and exclusions.
If scope is uncertain, we tell you so and recommend a paid discovery engagement instead of guessing.
You receive a fixed-price proposal before any work begins.
If we are not the right partner for this work, we will say so directly.

We do not produce estimates that are later revised upward once work is underway. If we cannot price something reliably, we say so and propose a discovery phase.
