Are these prices fixed?
Yes. Every programme is fixed price as published on the day you book, and it does not change afterwards. If something unexpected turns up mid-way we stop and tell you before doing anything that would alter the cost — we never present a higher bill at the end.
Why do the programmes start at $999?
Because these are programmes, not single jobs. Each one bundles multiple devices, several visits or a full year of cover, hardware where relevant, an extended warranty and a named technician who keeps your household on file. If you only need one small thing done, say so — we will quote that individually rather than sell you a programme you do not need.
What does a written justification mean?
Every programme priced at $5,000 or above carries a paragraph on its page setting out exactly where the money goes — hardware cost, days on site, specialist time, warranty and ongoing support. You should be able to see why it costs what it costs before you commit.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can choose your own amount, so you can pay a deposit now and the balance later, or split a programme across several payments. Larger programmes can also be invoiced with fourteen-day terms if you prefer a bank transfer.
What does the deposit cover?
On deposit-based programmes the deposit reserves your dates and covers the survey, planning and any hardware we order on your behalf. The balance is invoiced as the work is delivered, never in advance of it.
Why is the initial check free?
Because you should not have to pay to find out what is wrong. We diagnose at no charge, then quote. If the honest answer is that a programme is not worth it for you, we will say so and you will owe nothing.
Do prices include taxes?
Published prices exclude applicable sales tax. Where we are required to collect it, tax is itemised separately on your invoice so you can see exactly what it is.
Is there anything cheaper?
Yes — individual jobs are still available a la carte, and the free diagnostic is always free. The programmes exist for households who want everything handled properly in one go with a warranty behind it. Ask us for the smaller option if that suits you better; we would rather you bought the right thing.
